When you take our survey, we ask you to share where you are emotionally and what you want in your next chapter. We use that only to send you the right version of our free 7-Day Reset, matched to where you actually are. That is the entire reason we collect it.
We ask for your email address so we can send you the Reset. If you do not want to hear from us after that, one click at the bottom of any email removes you instantly. No guilt. No "Are you sure?" screens. No follow-up asking why you left.
Our website uses basic analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at. We do not use this to identify you personally. We do not build profiles. We do not retarget you with ads across the internet.
We will never sell, rent, trade, or give away your email address or any information you share with us. This is not a negotiable point and it has no exceptions.

StopChangeStart is built by Susanne Friend and Tim Mann, from their home on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. This is not a faceless corporation. It is two real people who have walked through storms of their own and came out the other side with something worth sharing.
